Export your Strava data with three clicks
Authorize flink's access to Strava
To connect flink with Strava, click on the 'Connect with Strava' button.
Strava will ask your permission to authorize flink for using your Strava data:
After clicking 'Authorize' you'll be taken back to flink. If you didn't already have a flink account one has just been created for you. You can now access your flink account by clicking ‘Connect with Strava’ on flink's homepage, without being redirected to Strava's authorization screen again.
Export your data
You can now download all your Strava data as a .csv or Excel file.
Filter your data
What information do you really want?
You have the choice - do you want all 53 data fields per run or just specific information. You can have flink translate Strava's data field names into more descriptive ones.
Select your activities
One of flink's unique features is the option to apply 23 filters to find the activities you want to learn more about. You can also combine those filters to narrow down your selection even more.
- Moving Time
- Elapsed Time
- Start Location
- End Location
- Start Date
- Day of Week
- Start Time
- Average Speed
- Maximum Speed
- Average Heart Rate
- Maximum Heart Rate
- Total Elevation Gain
- Elevation High
- Weather Conditions
- Relative Effort (Suffer Score)
- Kudos Count
Your flink dashboard is instantly updated to reflect your selection.
The filters are now applied to every export.
View your data on flink
Easy to understand graphs
Even without exporting flink provides you with several ways to view your data. The statistics section of your dashboard includes an interactive chart that allows you to uncover your training efforts' underlying trends. By filtering out statistical noise you get a better look at the bigger picture. You can also customize the chart with advanced options.
It also shows the distribution of distance, time and pace for all your runs.
You can get quick insights by adding a filter, e.g. about the performance of a specific pair of shoes.
Preview your data with two table views
The summary view shows your runs with date, distance, moving time and pace. The run's name is linked to your Strava activity so you can view all details on Strava with one click. Think about using hashtags in you activities' names (like #fast, #tempo, #rain) so you can easily find them again by using flink's name filter.
The raw data view shows all data just as you will see them in your spreadsheet after exporting.
Do more with Google Sheets
Connect flink with Google Sheets
Add your Google Drive to flink with two clicks. Start with clicking the 'Connect with Google Drive' button in your account.
This will take you to Google's authorization screen.
After clicking 'Allow' you will be taken back to flink. Your dashboard now has two additional export options available.
Automate your Google Sheet
Another unique feature is the auto-updated Google Sheet. As soon as you upload a new run to Strava your connected Google Sheet will automatically be updated. Your auto-updated Google Sheets are listed in your account for easy access.
